This is an evergreen Paid Media posting that represents multiple role levels within our Paid Media team. While this role may not be an immediate opening, we use it to build relationships with media professionals as client and project needs evolve. Your experience will help determine the most appropriate role level, from hands-on execution to more strategic media leadership. As of 2026, Media Cause consists of 50 full-time employees along with a network of talented consultants. We have offices in Washington DC, Atlanta, and San Francisco, with many team members working remotely.

This role can be located anywhere in the United States.

What You’ll Do (Scope Varies by Level)

Paid Media team members at Media Cause may:

• Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel paid media campaigns across platforms
• Manage day-to-day campaign performance, pacing, and budgets
• Partner with strategy, creative, analytics, and account teams to deliver integrated, insight-driven campaigns
• Analyze performance data and generate insights and recommendations for clients
• Conduct A/B testing across creative, targeting, and landing experiences
• Stay current on platform updates, trends, and emerging opportunities
• Build performance reports and support client communications
• Contribute to longer-term media strategy and planning (at more senior levels)
• Turn platform capabilities and targeting opportunities into clear, compelling, client-facing recommendations

Who You Are

We’re open to candidates with approximately 1–6 years of experience. Final role level will be determined based on your experience, technical depth, and strategic scope. You likely bring:

• Hands-on experience managing full-funnel paid media campaigns
• Comfort working in self-managed platforms like Google and Meta
• Strong, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication and critical thinking skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns or clients simultaneously (agency experience a plus)
• Curiosity and a desire to keep learning
• Interest in mission-driven or nonprofit marketing
