Our clinic offers a supportive, collaborative environment with structured protocols and leadership support—making this an excellent opportunity for both newer and experienced Nurse Practitioners.Position SummaryThe Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care for medical weight loss services, including evaluations, treatment planning, follow-ups, and ongoing patient education. This role is ideal for an NP looking to grow in the weight loss and wellness space with mentorship and established clinical guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct patient evaluations, including medical histories, assessments, and progress visitsDevelop and manage individualized weight loss treatment plans under established protocolsPrescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state scope-of-practice lawsMonitor patient progress, labs, and treatment outcomesProvide patient education on weight loss, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and medication useDocument accurately and timely in the EMR/EHR systemCollaborate with medical assistants, nursing staff, and clinic leadershipMaintain compliance with HIPAA, clinic policies, and regulatory standardsSupport a positive, compassionate patient experienceRequired QualificationsActive Nurse Practitioner license in good standingBoard certification (AANP or ANCC)Ability to work independently within established protocolsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable learning new systems and treatment modelsAdditional CertificationsPreferred (Not Required)Experience in weight loss, wellness, primary care, or family medicineNew graduates, welcome to applyInterest in preventive care and lifestyle medicineWhat We OfferTraining and onboarding supportCollaborative and supportive work environmentNo hospital callOpportunity to grow with an expanding clinic
