Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and patients looking for medical weight loss services , providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others and have the ability to convert leads into visits to the weight loss clinic. This is a part time role that will work about 25 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with making clinic appointments
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
- Handle health insurance information accurately and efficiently when required.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism during all interactions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Familiarity with office software and systems is advantageous.
- Previous Sales experience.
