We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and self-motivated Registered Nurse with critical care experience to join our cutting-edge Wellness and Long COVID Clinic. This role supports a multi-disciplinary team providing an innovative blend of functional and traditional medicine, with a focus on whole-person, root-cause care for complex chronic illness and long COVID recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
● Support clinic providers during in-person visits and assist with telehealth care delivery
● Perform and document technical clinical skills, including phlebotomy, IV insertion, and other essential procedures
● Participate in training and be expected to perform both invasive and non-invasive innovative procedures used in the wellness clinic
● Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment in all aspects of patient care and decision-making
● Engage in root-cause analysis and contribute to individualized, integrative care planning
● Coordinate care across providers and specialties to ensure continuity and optimal patient outcomes
● Deliver patient education in person and via telehealth; contribute to development of wellness materials and follow-up communications
● Utilize EHRs and digital platforms efficiently; must possess strong computer and technical proficiency
● Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication with patients, families, and team members
● Exhibit strong time management, multi-tasking, and workflow efficiency
● Be flexible and willing to learn and adapt to innovative approaches, treatments, and technologies
Qualifications:● Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
● Minimum 1 year of recent critical care experience
● Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
● Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
● Proficiency with EHRs and confidence in learning new digital tools
● Interest in integrative/functional medicine required; prior experience is preferred but not required
● Must be self-motivated, flexible, and a strong team collaborator
● Must provide favorable professional references
● Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and chronic illness populations is a plus
