Account Executive – Shaping the Future of Physician Recruitment

Our innovative, Zillow-like map-based career platforms are exclusively available through partnerships with prestigious medical societies. These societies serve as trusted conduits for healthcare employers seeking talent from their membership pool.


Our product portfolio helps employers generate applicants for open roles, build a bench for future hires, and strengthen their employment brand within the association’s member community.


We are expanding our sales team to support rapid growth and are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive with strong consultative selling skills to drive national market development on behalf of an assigned medical society partner.


Role Overview

As an Account Executive, you will own market development within your assigned specialty. You’ll work within the society’s trusted brand to help employers deploy our platform and optimize their hiring strategies.

We’ve already mapped virtually every employer in the specialty — your role is to strategically penetrate the market, cultivate enterprise relationships, and consistently exceed revenue goals.


Responsibilities
  • Craft and execute a comprehensive selling strategy in partnership with business development and marketing teams.


  • Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, social media, and industry events.


  • Strategically segment your employer market to prioritize high-value prospects and maximize impact.


  • Conduct consultative needs analyses for enterprise employers and present tailored solutions.


  • Own and actively manage your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent momentum.


  • Develop deep expertise in your specialty’s job market, trends, and competitive landscape.


  • Cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with enterprise healthcare employers.


  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and obstacle assessments for internal leadership and partner societies.


  • Represent MedGeo Ventures at conferences, sales meetings, and industry events to expand your network and generate leads.


  • Consistently surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


  • Develop and manage Business Development Representatives to optimize performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.


Requirements
  • 2–5 years of proven success in sales, preferably within healthcare, recruitment, or recruitment advertising.


  • Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling methodologies with a strong track record of exceeding targets.


  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence.


  • Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.


  • Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by performance and purpose.


  • Proficiency with CRM/sales automation tools, presentation platforms, and video conferencing technology.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.


  • Honest, authentic, and personable in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience

  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
