Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Routine prep and painting exterior and interior for all facilities
- Routine plumbing and electrical maintenance assistance as needed
- Establishes and follows preventive maintenance program for equipment per manufacturer’s instructions
- Routine building repair: painting, dry wall repair, floor/ceiling/wall tile replacement, grouting, minor carpentry, etc.
- Assist with or perform/document weekly, monthly generator tests per policy.
- Assist with or check fire extinguishers monthly per procedure.
- Assist with or conduct or coordinate monthly fire drills per policy.
- Assist with or Conduct staff in-service/education on fire extinguisher use and fire extinguisher use and fire safety.
- Apply wallpaper as needed.
- Assist with or perform monthly safety inspection.
