Medford Grocery Outlet is looking for dependable, customer-focused team members to join our store as Courtesy Clerks. This is an entry-level position that plays a critical role in creating a fast, friendly, and clean shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Bag groceries efficiently and carefully for customers
- Serve as a backup cashier when needed
- Perform cart runs regularly throughout the shift
- Complete the assigned janitorial and cleaning checklist
- Sweep, spot clean, and maintain store cleanliness
- Assist customers with carry-outs and questions
- Support other departments and team members as needed
- Deliver superior customer service at all times
