Weekend RN Supervisor

The Weekend RN Supervisor oversees clinical operations during weekend shifts to ensure quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff coordination.

• Supervises nursing staff, conducts resident assessments, and responds to emergencies.
• Serves as the primary clinical leader on weekends, providing coaching, addressing staffing, and promoting teamwork.
• Ensures compliance with regulations, maintains documentation, and communicates resident updates to leadership.
• Acts as liaison between physicians, families, and staff, supporting interdisciplinary collaboration.
  
  

Qualifications include an active RN license, minimum 2 years of clinical experience, and strong leadership skills. The role requires physical mobility and quick response ability. Weekend shifts typically involve 8–12 hours, with possible on-call duties.
