Speech Language Pathologist – SLP -- Full Time – Warren, IN

This full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position in Warren, IN requires an active Indiana license or qualifications to obtain one, along with a Certificate of Clinical Competence or supervision as a Clinical Fellow prior to earning CCCs.

• Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to residents in rehab, long-term care, and assisted living settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans.
