Position Summary
- Supervise and manage RNs, LPNs, and CNAs within the facility.
- Evaluate resources, delegate tasks, and ensure quality care outcomes.
- Direct and implement the nursing process, including data collection, assessment, and care plan revisions.
- Oversee resident care through a structured care delivery system.
- Completion of an approved nursing education program.
- Current Minnesota RN license and CPR certification.
- Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living facilities.
