- Leads patient care through examinations, assessments, treatment planning, and coordination via in-person, telehealth, or telephonic visits, documenting accurately and complying with legal standards.
- Manages acute and chronic conditions, screens for preventive health measures, and educates patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
- Supports clinic team leadership, mentors staff, and participates in quality improvement, compliance, administrative tasks, and community health initiatives.
- Ensures regulatory compliance, maintains records, and practices cost-effective medicine while fostering effective communication and collaboration within the team.
