The role involves documenting encounters in electronic health records, participating in Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring programs, and conducting in-person and telemedicine visits at two locations in Calallen. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, with rotating Saturdays and a remote weekday.
Qualifications include a Physician Assistant License (required), with preferred Master's degree and PA-C certification. Ability to relocate to Corpus Christi, TX is preferred.
