Join an experienced team as a *Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM & R) Physician* at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Buffalo, NY.
- Provide inpatient care for approximately 10 patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans.
- Lead the CARF-accredited Medical Rehabilitation Unit & Outpatient Clinic, influencing program development and quality improvement activities.
- Work closely with admission screeners to identify appropriate patients for admission via referral or consultative models.
- Opportunities exist for outpatient practice in the PM&R clinic.
- Schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and on-call as needed.
- Qualifications include MD or DO, BC/BE in PM&R, with eligibility for licensure in NY.
- Compensation ranges from $260K to $370K, with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, CME, relocation, malpractice coverage, and loan repayment options.
