PACE Physician

Now hiring a Physician for a PACE Program in Fort Smith, Arkansas, dedicated to empowering better aging through compassionate, value-based care.

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to improve health, independence, and quality of life for older adults.
• Provide comprehensive primary and geriatric care tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate with nurses, social workers, and therapists to deliver integrated, patient-centered services.
• Contribute to quality improvement and system-level initiatives.
