We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations, including outpatient clinics and a surgery center.

- Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies
- Document patient care thoroughly
- Deliver medical care per accepted standards
- Collaborate with team members and refer patients as needed
- Current applicable state NP/PA license and national certification
- DEA license or ability to obtain one
- Basic Life Support certification
