Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team in a full-time role.

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and care plans
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies
• Document patient care accurately in medical records
• Collaborate with team members and manage patient referrals as needed
• Deliver care in an outpatient setting without hospital call or rounding
  
  

Qualifications include current licensure, national certification, DEA, and BLS.
