We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an interventional pain management clinic with four locations, including a physical therapy office, satellite clinic, and surgery center.

- Assess, diagnose, and develop care plans for patients
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests
- Document patient care thoroughly
- Provide care per standards and collaborate with team members
- Monitor, manage, and refer patients as needed
- Current applicable state license
- National NP/PA certification
- DEA license or ability to obtain one
- Basic Life Support certification
