Join our team as a *Part-time Nurse Practitioner, NP* providing primary and urgent care at our Lebanon, OR Health Center.
Enjoy a flexible schedule working one day per week between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. in a supportive, close-knit clinic setting.
Responsibilities include conducting physical exams, performing procedures, developing care plans, ordering diagnostics, educating patients, collaborating with healthcare teams, prescribing treatments, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications require current RN and NP licenses, prescriptive authority, DEA license, national certification, a Master’s Degree in Nursing, and at least three years of clinical experience in ambulatory or occupational health. BLS certification is also required.
