We are seeking a compassionate *Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)* to join our outpatient team, providing evidence-based mental health services to individuals, families, and groups.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Offer individual, group, or family psychotherapy for conditions like depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment disorders.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate care with other health professionals.
- Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and client education on coping strategies and resources.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings while adhering to ethical standards.
- MSW from an accredited program and active LCSW license in Georgia.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong assessment and therapeutic skills, proficiency with EHR, and excellent communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work environment:* Outpatient clinic with standard hours, possibly including remote sessions.
