- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Offer psychotherapy for conditions like depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment disorders.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate care with other health professionals.
- Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and client education on coping and resources.
- Participate in team meetings and ensure confidentiality and ethical practice.
- MSW from an accredited program and active LCSW license in Georgia.
- At least 2 years of outpatient mental health experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, therapeutic, and communication skills; proficiency with EHR systems.
