Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor/ADC-T

This full-time position requires knowledge of

• 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA,
• Reporting Maltreatment of Vulnerable Adults and Minors,
• Conducting Direct Access and Comprehensive Substance Use Assessments,
• Performing Clinical Evaluations,
• Understanding Substance Use Disorders,
• Managing Referrals and Case Management,
• Facilitating Group Dynamics,
• Experience with Residential/Outpatient Treatment,
• Providing Aftercare Resources,
• Addressing Relapse and Co-Occurring Disorders,
• Upholding Professional Ethics and Conduct, and
• Applying Diagnostic Criteria.
  
  

Skills required include evaluations, placements, maintaining clinical records, developing treatment plans, counseling (group, individual, family), diagnosis, and referrals.
