We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care in a community health setting serving diverse populations, including low-income and minority groups.
Responsibilities include delivering patient-centered care within scope of practice, building community and professional relationships, supporting team members and students, and effectively managing clinical documentation and workflows.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree, graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program, Colorado licensure, DEA eligibility, and 1-2 years of family practice experience. Bilingual skills (Spanish) and EMR proficiency are preferred.
