Charge Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Resident Care Manager to oversee daily operations in a healthcare facility, ensuring a safe, supportive environment while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities Include

• Managing facility operations and ensuring adherence to healthcare standards
• Coordinating with nursing staff for high-quality patient care and outpatient services
• Ensuring HIPAA compliance to protect resident privacy
• Training and developing staff to improve patient services
• Collaborating with medical professionals in a Level I Trauma Center setting

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare settings such as Skilled Nursing Facilities, hospitals, or ICUs
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and care protocols
• Proven leadership in managing healthcare teams
• Excellent communication skills focused on patient service
