Provides clinical oversight and supervision to Spanish-speaking behavioral health trainees and staff, developing a culturally-sensitive Spanish-language training program.
- Maintains a clinical caseload as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Supervises and trains approximately 6 trainees and counselors, ensuring clinical, ethical, and policy compliance.
- Develops and implements training modules for Spanish-language counseling, promoting cultural competence.
- Participates in trainee recruitment, performance evaluation, and quality improvement efforts.
- Collaborates with leadership on staff development and program operations.
- Provides direct assessment and treatment to youth and families as needed.
- Requires a Master’s in Social Work or MFT, 5 years of clinical experience, 3 years of supervision, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
