Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Jacksonville, FL, for Sales and Business Development. The role involves leading the sales initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving business growth. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and managing client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience in Account Management and relationship-building with clients
- Excellent leadership, communication, team player, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment
- Experience in the healthcare or clinical research industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred
