This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Product based in San Luis Obispo, CA. The Head of Product will drive the development and execution of the company's product strategy and vision. This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle, conducting market research, identifying customer needs, and ensuring cross-functional team alignment. The Head of Product will work closely with various teams to drive innovation, optimize current offerings, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Strong skills in Product Strategy, Market Research, and identifying customer needs and opportunities
- Proven expertise in Product Management, including leading cross-functional teams and managing product roadmaps
