This role requires strong analytical skills related to financial reporting and the ability to manage complex data across multiple entities.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of financial reports in compliance with company policies and Investment accounting
- Thorough review of financial packages from third-party management companies
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Responsible for analyzing, researching, interpreting, and reporting financial issues
- Reconcile bank statements, intercompany accounts and property subledgers
- Ensure financial packages are completed and delivered in a timely and accurate manner
- Resolve issues and document response to all review comments generated
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and an openness to new ideas and procedures
- 2 years or more work experience
- Real Estate experience preferred; Construction Experience a plus
- Ability to solve problems, think independently, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in accounting software (Yardi) and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, CPA or CPA candidate preferred

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
