This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Specialist in Kirkland, WA. The Safety Specialist will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols, providing safety training, conducting accident investigations, and supporting environmental health and occupational health initiatives. Additionally, the Safety Specialist will collaborate with teams to maintain compliance with safety regulations and promote a high standard of workplace safety.
- Strong knowledge in Health & Safety, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health practices
- Proficiency in delivering effective Safety Training and conducting thorough Accident Investigations
- Ability to develop and implement safety protocols to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills for reporting and advising on safety matters
- Relevant certifications such as OSHA or similar, as well as experience in workplace safety, are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred
