Psychiatric Hospitalist – Inpatient Only

Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join a well-established inpatient behavioral health program. This is a collaborative, team-based environment with strong clinical support and a structured schedule designed for work-life balance.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, licensed counselors, and social workers, delivering comprehensive care for adult patients across specialized programs.
Practice Details
- Inpatient only – no outpatient responsibilities
- 28-bed Behavioral Medicine Unit
- Block Schedule: 14 days on / 14 days off
- Team Model: 4 Psychiatrists total (2 per team)
- Call: Shared equally with one other psychiatrist during your 14-day rotation
- Internal Medicine Hospitalist team manages medical care of psych inpatients
- Opportunity to teach 3rd/4th year medical students and IM residents
