Primary Care Physician (FM/IM) – 100% Outpatient
Location: Santa Cruz County, CA (Multiple Locations)

A growing outpatient-focused healthcare group is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a 100% outpatient practice in beautiful Santa Cruz County, CA.

Compensation & Benefits
- $300K guaranteed for first 18 months
- Transition to productivity model after 18 months

Practice Details
- 100% outpatient only (no inpatient responsibilities)
- Schedule: 5 days/week (5x8s)
- 36 hours patient care
- 4 hours administrative time
- Call: Telephone-only, very light
- Shared across providers
- Hospitalists handle inpatient care
Clinical Highlights
- Opportunity to build a long-term patient panel (7–10 year commitment preferred)

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Open to new graduates (2026 grads ok; not reviewing 2027 yet)
- Willing to obtain California medical license (can wait for licensure)
