Target Start Date: Upon an offer being made to and accepted by a provider, the credentialing process will take approximately 90-120 days before a provider can start with us.

Position Highlights
- Cardiac Electrophysiology opportunity available 30 minutes from downtown Chicago
- Join healthcare system undergoing explosive growth and expansion in virtually all physician service lines including state-of-the-art cardiology services including established EP, general cardiology, interventional cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, structural cardiology service, and advanced cardiac imaging service lines
- Inpatient and outpatient practice among 2 hospitals with 85% of practice at 460-bed main hospital
- Current EP program active with high AF ablation volume as well as SVT and VT ablation, device implants, device extractions, and LAA closure
- Two dedicated EP labs with state-of-the-art mapping systems in addition to 2 hybrid labs and 4 cath labs
- Established device clinic located in hospital with experienced staff
- Join collegial group practice with 2 established EP’s, 5 interventional cardiologists, 5 noninvasive cardiologists, and 5 nurse practitioners
- Cardiovascular research team dedicated to assist with clinical trials
- EMR system utilized in Inpatient & Outpatient settings
o EPIC – fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII (Only 5% of hospitals in country are at this level of sophistication)

Job Requirements
- Full-time, permanent position with inpatient and outpatient practice
- ACGME-approved fellowship trained
- Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology Board Certified/Board Eligible required
