You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience GS-06: Oneyear of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) utilizing a computer to record, store, and retrieve medical information; 2) sending customer inquiries to the appropriate personnel; AND 3) taking inventory of specified items to ensure accuracy of reports.
