Job Overview

The Vice President, Artificial Intelligence Platform will serve as a senior executive leader responsible for defining and executing MedClick’s AI platform strategy, product development roadmap, and technology-driven growth initiatives.

Reporting directly to the CEO and CTO, this role will lead the design, development, and scaling of MedClick’s AI platform capabilities—including machine learning infrastructure, data architecture, decentralized AI frameworks, and intelligent applications—ensuring alignment with the company’s blockchain-native technology vision and long-term strategic objectives.

The VP will play a critical role in shaping MedClick’s platform architecture, accelerating product innovation, and enabling enterprise and ecosystem adoption through scalable, secure, and high-performance AI solutions.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in artificial intelligence, platform engineering, or data-driven systems, with a strong understanding of blockchain technologies and decentralized architectures, and a proven ability to scale complex technology platforms in global environments.

Key Responsibilities

AI Platform Strategy & Architecture Leadership

Lead and oversee MedClick’s global AI platform strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision, blockchain infrastructure, and product roadmap.

Define and evolve the architecture of AI platforms, including data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and decentralized compute frameworks.

Drive integration between AI capabilities and blockchain systems, enabling secure, auditable, and trust-based intelligence.

Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance across enterprise and Web3 use cases.

Product Innovation & Platform Development

Design and deliver AI-powered products and platform services across analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-making.

Oversee end-to-end development of AI models, data systems, and platform services from concept to deployment.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Blockchain teams to build differentiated, market-leading solutions.

Support rapid prototyping, experimentation, and continuous innovation in AI-driven applications.

Go-To-Market Enablement & Ecosystem Integration

Partner with commercial and strategy teams to align AI platform capabilities with market needs and customer use cases.

Enable go-to-market strategies through scalable platform offerings, APIs, and developer ecosystems.

Support enterprise adoption and integration of AI platform solutions across multiple industries.

Develop partnerships with technology providers, research institutions, and ecosystem participants.

Data Infrastructure & Intelligence Systems

Establish robust data governance, data engineering, and data quality frameworks.

Build scalable data infrastructure supporting real-time analytics, machine learning, and decentralized data sharing.

Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory standards across global markets.

Leverage AI to enhance predictive analytics, optimization, and decision intelligence capabilities.

Technology Governance, Risk & Compliance

Ensure AI platform development aligns with governance standards, ethical AI principles, and regulatory frameworks.

Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams on data protection, AI ethics, and blockchain governance.

Assess risks related to AI models, data usage, and decentralized infrastructure.

Implement secure and compliant AI deployment practices.

Leadership & Organizational Development

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing AI and platform engineering organization.

Foster collaboration across AI, blockchain, product, and infrastructure teams.

Develop talent pipelines, technical leadership, and scalable organizational capabilities.

Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

20 years of progressive experience in artificial intelligence, platform engineering, data systems, or technology leadership roles.

Proven success in building and scaling AI platforms, machine learning systems, or large-scale data infrastructure.

Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, decentralized systems, or Web3 ecosystems preferred.

Experience working with executive leadership and leading cross-functional global technology teams.

Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure, data architecture, and platform scalability.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
