QUALIFICATIONS
A Caring, energetic, positive, friendly, enthusiastic human being who:
- Loves to help people and is passionate about the field of physical therapy
- Has excellent communication skills
- Has a strong desire to grow as a physical therapist assistant
- Shows the ability to work well with a closed knit team
- Has strong manual therapy skills and/or desire to learn
- Has the ability provide postural, functional, and sport specific retraining
- Is able to follow and progress specific therapeutic exercise programs.
Duties include:
- Perform manual therapy on patient from PROM, Soft Tissue Mobs, to Joint Mobs.
- Guide and monitor patients through the prescribed therapeutic exercises and activities.
- Communicate with the physical therapists on the patients performance and progress.
