We are seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our team and provide primary care services to our Family Practice/Urgent Care patients. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in primary care /urgent care and a passion for providing quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical services to patients in a variety of settings.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as needed.
- Perform physical exams and assessments.
- Develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients on their health and wellness.
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families.
- Document patient care in electronic medical records systems.
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
