Key Responsibilities
Candidate Engagement & Recruitment
- Connect with job seekers through phone, email, text, social media, and online applications.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications, skills, and career goals.
- Schedule interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Maintain ongoing communication with applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Talent Pipeline Development
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and community outreach.
- Re-engage previous applicants and maintain an active candidate database.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support recruiting campaigns, hiring events, and job fairs.
Candidate Experience
- Serve as a trusted resource throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely updates and professional support to candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
Recruiting & Marketing Support
- Partner with recruiting and business teams to meet hiring goals.
- Assist with social media recruiting initiatives and employer branding efforts.
- Participate in networking events and community outreach programs.
- Promote job opportunities through multiple sourcing channels.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, customer service, or related experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent phone presence and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment technologies.
- Ability to accurately document information while engaging with candidates.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
- Experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or high-volume recruiting environments.
- Experience conducting interviews, onboarding, and candidate relationship management.
