Medbridge Healthcare Group is seeking an HSAT Manager for the Greenville, SC location.
This position is responsible for managing the inbounding, out bounding, shipping, logistics, and home sleep apnea testing (HSAT) device management for HSAT operations on a daily basis. The HSAT Manager ensures the HSAT Processing technicians perform their assigned duties (under the direction of a supervisor and/or lead) according to Medbridge policies & procedures in accordance with states and federal regulations.
MedBridge is a leading provider of sleep laboratory management services and sleep therapy.
MedBridge partners with hospitals and physician practices to offer comprehensive fully-integrated services for patient identification, testing, diagnosis, treatment and long-term care management of patients with sleep disorders.
Pay rate is $20 per hour.
Requirements:
Primary Duties
- Manages all logistics related to HSAT and Purchasing.
- Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries
- Oversees the supervisor on the following:
- Perform and supervises the phone and text interactions with patients and HSAT department staff
- Perform and supervises inventory management and tracking in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and other software systems
- Keeps all confidential patient information safe according to HIPPA procedures
- Perform delinquent and collection HSAT device phone calls and other forms of communication with patients when necessary
- Perform and supervises sending out delinquent letters and initiate collections for overdue delinquent patients
- Responding to any issues or complaints
- Updating and evaluating metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements
- Works with the billing department to ensure patient placed in the delinquent process are billed efficiently and effectively when necessary
- Testing (HSAT) device configuration with the patient demographic information
- Perform and supervises the preparation of outbound shipment to patient by the HSAT Processing staff to include: accurate device and program instructions, questionnaires, patient packet, return shipping label, supplies, etc.
- Oversees the process to generate shipping labels in system and prepare return label for patient to utilize and submit back to central
- Oversees the all shipment details, tracking, vendor, etc. are noted in the system promptly and accurately
- Responsible for vendor relation communications and internal partners necessary for best possible relationships.
- Responsible for monthly reporting thru electronic medical record system.
- Oversees the standard cleaning and device replenishment protocols as set forth by the company
- Oversees supplies and inventory management.
- Receives inventory and coordinates with the inventory control department to document changes
- Ship all devises same-day if requested prior to 4:30 p.m. EST
- Multiple manufacturer sleep software mastery
Job Requirements
- 2 years minimum logistics experience preferred
- 1 year healthcare related experience preferred
- Prior Managerial experience two years or more
- 50% of travel required to other locations
- Minimum two years of post-high school education
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
- Communication skills High school diploma and/or equivalent
- Strong computer skills
- Strong "soft" skills (telephone presence, congeniality, customer service)
- OSHA experience/knowledge necessary
