What You'll Do
As a Bilingual Patient Service Representative, you will:
- Answer inbound and outbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments
- Verify insurance, demographic, and referral information
- Assist patients with questions regarding appointments, documentation, and services
- Maintain accurate patient records within electronic healthcare systems
- Communicate with physician offices, referral sources, and healthcare partners
- Document patient interactions and follow-up activities
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of scheduling and intake tasks
- Support department initiatives and administrative projects
- Perform general office and clerical duties as needed

This is a hybrid position requiring employees to work two days per week in our Manhattan office, with the remaining days worked remotely following successful completion of training.
