Starting salary 45k to 50k depending on experience with the opportunity to get a yearly bonus. This full-time position has an exceptional compensation package, Health, medical and vision, 401k.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM

Skills And Qualifications
- 2-5 years of Customer Service Representative Experience, preferably in the healthcare/ sleep medicine/DME industry/Trucking industry
- Knowledge of health insurance processes
- Organization Skills
- Computer skills: Basic knowledge and email utilizing Microsoft Office, Excel, and other similar software.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills
- Respiratory/Cpap Healthcare knowledge: basic understanding of equipment, products and sleep apnea sleep studies
- Ability to sit at desk and utilize phone and computer for long periods of time
- High school diploma or GED, College graduate
- Math ability using addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Ability to adapt and handle change in a fast-paced office environment
- Pleasant speaking voice and attitude
- Respond in a professional and timely manner to incoming patient calls.
- Respond in a professional and timely manner to written inquiries or concerns.
- Evaluate multiple tasks and prioritize so that the most critical items are addressed first.
- Reviewing each individual request and responding in a manner that will address the issue.
- Document within multiple computer systems process and progress.
- Tracking and monitoring follow up on patient accounts.
- Identifying trends – through contracted carriers or patient feedback.
- Daily use of phone and follow up with patients/ clients
- Work as a team member, ability to be flexible and support other job roles within the department as based on business need.
