Regional Director of Health & Wellness – Assisted Living & Memory Care
Location: Southeast Florida (Broward or Palm Beach County preferred)

Position Overview
A reputable and growing senior living operator is seeking a hands-on, experienced clinical
leader to serve as Director of Clinical Services (DCS). This key leadership role will oversee
and elevate the clinical operations across the company's portfolio, driving consistency,
compliance, and excellence in resident care.
The ideal candidate thrives in a growing, entrepreneurial senior living organization, brings
deep knowledge of Assisted Living regulations, and has proven success leading multi-site
clinical teams. Experience in Dementia and Memory Care is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide clinical leadership and oversight to Directors of Nursing and Resident Care
Directors across all communities.
● Develop and implement standardized clinical systems, policies, and processes to ensure
consistent delivery of quality resident care.
● Support each community in achieving regulatory compliance, including survey
readiness, plan of correction development, and internal audits.
● Drive clinical performance improvement initiatives, including medication management,
infection control, and quality assurance programs.
● Serve as a resource for clinical training, mentoring, and professional development of
community nursing leadership.
● Collaborate with Operations and Compliance to monitor key clinical indicators, staffing
levels, and care outcomes.
● Support community-level teams during census growth initiatives, move-ins, and
transitions of care.
Qualifications
● LPN or RN license in the state of Florida, in good standing.
● Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term
care.
● Exceptional communication, mentoring, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a collaborative leadership
team.
Strongly Preferred:
● Multi-site or regional clinical leadership experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care
strongly preferred.
● Dementia/Memory Care expertise highly desired.
● Strong working knowledge of Florida Assisted Living regulations and AHCA survey
process.
● Demonstrated success implementing clinical systems, workflows, or EMR platforms.
