• Number of Beds - 4 CV labs

• Number of Staff - 8

• Type of staff:

• Day Shift - ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) 4-10 hour days or 5 8 hour days with weekly night call and rotating weekend call

• Night Shift -

• Patient Ratios - 1:1, 1:2, Estimated never guaranteed

• Type of equipment - GE

• EMR - Mac Lab and Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1-year current acute care Cath Lab RN experience

• BLS, ACLS & PALS

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• EP experience

• Cath lab peds experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• LHC/RHC and congenital

• Vascular and EP procedures

• On-call - 15 nights of call per month with a very small percentage of getting called back in for emergency (10%).
