Program Operations Manager
Contract Through the end of 2026 with possible extension
Fully Remote must work EST hours
Key Responsibilities
Sensei Program Enablement & Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Sensei trainers, delivering timely support, guidance, and resources
- Maintain a centralized FAQ and support structure to ensure clarity on where to go for help
- Enable trainers (who operate in this role in a part time capacity) to effectively deliver and scale the program across R&D
- Drive ongoing engagement with trainers and team leads to ensure strong adoption and alignment
Content & Program Governance
- Own and manage version control across all Sensei program materials, ensuring a single source of truth
- Organize and maintain SharePoint and other content repositories for ease of access and usability
- Continuously refine and structure content to improve clarity, consistency, and scalability
Program Execution & Coordination
- Plan and coordinate key meetings, trainings, and program touchpoints, including agendas, pre-work, and follow-ups
- Ensure sessions are well-run, structured, and value-driven
- Support program scalability while minimizing operational complexity and rework
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Prior experience within pharmaceutical or life sciences environments
- Background in R&D
- Experience supporting or operating within training, enablement, or program operations models
- Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint and CRM systems
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations
Salary : $65 - $73
