Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, adaptable, and proactive Field Engineer to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Supports deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of end-user devices including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Provides hands-on support for Epic and other healthcare applications in clinical environments.
- Performs device imaging, configuration, deployment, and hardware/software upgrades.
- Partners with IT teams, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure smooth technology transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
- Documents technical issues, resolutions, and support processes while traveling to client sites as needed for integration and go-live support.
Qualifications
- Experience providing end-user support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and enterprise software applications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, operating systems, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Familiarity supporting Epic and other clinical applications within healthcare environments.
- Proficient with Windows operating systems, device imaging, deployment, and standard enterprise IT tools.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities when supporting both technical and non-technical users.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience collaborating with clinicians, operational leaders, and IT teams to resolve issues and support technology initiatives.
- Flexible and willing to travel to healthcare facilities to provide on-site support during implementations, upgrades, and go-live events.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
