Client Overview:
Our client is seeking two Field Services Technicians to support end-user computing and device lifecycle operations within the Spokane service area. These resources will join an established field services team responsible for maintaining desktop support operations, resolving technical issues, and assisting with ongoing hardware refresh and deployment initiatives.
Job Description:
The Field Services Technician will provide on-site support for caregivers and end users across facilities in the Spokane market. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to tickets, performing break/fix activities, deploying and replacing devices, supporting workstation moves/adds/changes, and assisting with device lifecycle projects. This role is heavily focused on keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting broader infrastructure and endpoint modernization efforts.
Skill Set Requirements:
- 1 years of desktop support, field services, or help desk experience
- Experience troubleshooting Windows-based hardware and software issues
- Hands-on experience with desktop/laptop deployments and device replacements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience working within a ticketing system
- Ability to work independently in an on-site support environment
- Reliable transportation for travel between supported locations if needed
Nice to Haves:
- Healthcare IT experience
- Experience supporting large enterprise environments
- Familiarity with device lifecycle or refresh projects
- Active Directory user administration experience
- ServiceNow experience
Education/Certification(s)/License(s):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- CompTIA A , Network , or equivalent certification preferred
