Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Medical Science Liaison. The Medical Science Liaison will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders, serving as a scientific resource, and supporting clinical and medical affairs initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include disseminating up-to-date scientific information, facilitating research collaborations, supporting clinical trials, and providing strategic medical insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree required: PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent in a relevant life sciences field.
- 2 years of experience in a Medical Science Liaison or similar medical affairs role within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical consulting industry.
- Strong scientific acumen with the ability to understand and communicate complex medical data to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement, including building relationships and gathering scientific insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting at advisory boards, medical congresses, and internal team meetings.
- Proven ability to work independently in a field-based or remote environment, managing priorities and travel schedules effectively.
- Ability to critically evaluate clinical literature and support the development of scientific content (e.g., slide decks, medical responses, etc.).
