Job Description: As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) to help residents regain mobility and independence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing comprehensive evaluations to assess residents' mobility, strength, and therapy needs
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve residents' functional abilities and quality of life
- Providing therapeutic interventions, including exercises and modalities, to help residents achieve their goals
- Monitoring progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and providing education to residents and their families
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A current Physical Therapist (PT) license in New York
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (preferred but not required)
