- Provides care to patients and families progressing towards individualized goals.
- Performs nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of safe, therapeutic, and efficient care.
- Promotes quality outcomes and collaborates in managing complex or high-risk clinical situations.
- Serves as patient and family advocate ensuring excellent care.
- Assesses patient and family needs, develops and implements individualized plans of care.
- Evaluates patient and family progress and educational needs.
- Communicates and coordinates with healthcare team and ancillary staff to expedite patient progress and workflow.
- Delegates care within scope of practice to other healthcare team members.
- Job Requirements
- At least three years recent RN experience in RN role.
- At least two years recent RN experience in specialty area (Operating Room).
- ADN or BSN required.
- California RN license required.
- BLS (AHA) certification required.
- CPR certification required.
- Schedule Information
- 12-hour shifts.
- 36 hours per week.
- 16 hours weekend and 24 hours weekday on-call in a 4-week period with 30-minute response time.
- Weekend call in addition to regularly scheduled weekend shift.
- Scheduled two shifts every other weekend.
- Unit Specific Information
- Operating Room specialty (RN-OR).

- This is a travel nursing position under Clinical - Nursing - Travel employment type.
- Pay range approximately $93 to $139 hourly.
