- EMR: Point Click Care (PCC)
Requirements:
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, or sub-acute experience
- Medication administration experience
- Memory care and dementia care knowledge
- Familiarity with MDS assessments
- Ability to assess residents, create care plans, and respond to changes in condition
- Preferred: IV skills, tube feedings, and light wound care
