Responsibilities:
- Transport to medical facilities
- Documentation and Charting
- Must be punctual to meet appointment times throughout shift
- Monitor communication equipment to maintain contact with dispatcher
- Communicate with medical personnel at treatment facilities
- Comply with company policies and state protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of ambulance
- County 911 backup as needed
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE North Carolina EMS credentials
- Valid driver's license
- Current AHA CPR card
- Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to handle physical demands of job
Pay Rates
- Part-Time EMT $17.00
- Full-Time EMT $18.50
- Part-Time Advanced EMT $17.50
- Full-Time Advanced EMT $19.50
