We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. This role combines CRM data integrity, sales process support, and market research to help our sales team win and grow business with healthcare organizations.
You will be responsible for keeping our Salesforce and ConnectWise CRM systems clean, accurate, and actionable, while also assisting in training our sales team on best practices and providing market intelligence that sharpens our go-to-market approach. Experience with Salesforce is required and ConnectWise is a strong plus, as these are the systems that power our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
CRM Data Cleanup & Management (Primary Focus)
- Audit, clean, and maintain Salesforce records (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities) to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Develop and enforce data governance standards and processes for the sales organization.
- Identify and merge duplicate records, resolve incomplete entries, and ensure data integrity across the pipeline.
- Assist in training sales reps on CRM usage, reporting, and data entry best practices.
- Support integration and alignment between Salesforce and ConnectWise.
- Help create and maintain sales playbooks, onboarding guides, and training materials tailored for healthcare IT sales.
- Help build dashboards and reports in Salesforce that provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
- Help manage the sales tech stack (CRM, ConnectWise, enablement tools, reporting platforms) to ensure adoption and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Client Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent data across systems.
- Assist in researching target markets including FQHCs, tribal health organizations, hospital systems, and long-term care providers.
- Develop competitive intelligence on regional and national MSP providers.
- Track healthcare IT trends (EHR adoption, cloud hosting, compliance requirements) to inform sales strategies.
- Provide research-based insights to support account-based selling and regional go-to-market planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or CRM/Data Management.
- Salesforce experience required.
- ConnectWise experience is a strong plus.
- Other CRM system experience a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Excel with the ability to analyze large data sets.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to balance hands-on data cleanup with strategic market insight generation.
- Salesforce Administrator or user experience
- Market research experience in healthcare IT or MSP industries.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN, etc..
